IT maintenance & echnical support**

Includes: hardware/software troubleshooting, cleaning, Windows installation, antivirus, drivers, etc. Wi-Fi booster installation and configuration.

  • ✅ 30-minute on-site package : 30 €*

  • 💻 30-minute package provided by the client: 25€*

  • 🕒 Additional time: 1€/min 


* The first half hour is charged in full even if the intervention lasts less than 30 minutes.

The service warranty is valid for 48 hours from the end of the intervention.

*The warranty on parts remains the manufacturer's warranty.

*To avoid cancellation of an ongoing project, the client must pay 20% of the total amount at the start of the project and must pay 100% of the total amount to retrieve the project once it has been approved by them.
